1. Event Admission
By purchasing a pass, you agree to abide by all event rules and regulations. HYDHIGH reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates these terms or behaves inappropriately.
2. Age Requirements
HYDHIGH events are designed for high school and college students. Valid ID proof may be required at entry. The recommended age range is 15-21 years old.
3. No Alcohol or Substances
HYDHIGH is a completely alcohol-free and substance-free event. Anyone found with or under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances will be immediately removed from the venue without refund.
4. Photography & Media
By attending HYDHIGH events, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes on our social media channels and marketing materials. During registration, you can indicate your preference for minimal camera presence.
5. Refund Policy
All pass purchases are final and non-refundable. In case of event cancellation by HYDHIGH, attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their pass to a rescheduled date.
6. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to treat fellow guests, staff, and venue personnel with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the event.
7. Liability
HYDHIGH and its organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
8. Changes to Event
HYDHIGH reserves the right to modify event details including but not limited to venue, timing, and lineup. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes via email and WhatsApp.
